As an individual that used to go through the days managing worries, headaches, and stress, all the while, having a day job and managing children, I definitely understand the daily struggle of trying to be present for work, family, and other activities.

  • I don't have time to sit;

  • My worry thoughts never stop;

  • Taking care of myself is selfish;

  • Is life ever going to slow down?

By the end of the day, your energy is low. When you finally get to bed, you are so ready to sleep, but your thoughts are so loud, that sleep is so rough! I have been there! I understand! BUT….

Working on anxiety is basically… you, me, in a safe space, having a conversation and practicing ways to feel better! We keep it simple, we keep it doable!

In our work together, you will come to recognize themes in your thoughts and behaviors that are probably resulting in leaving you anxious and exhausted. You will learn simple tips, tricks, and tools to shift these thoughts and behaviors, so that you can feel more energized, nurtured, and rested.

  • Using simple tools to help you feel more energized,

  • Practicing compassionate self talk, so that you can increase self love, increase sleep & energy, AND have self care time to focus on YOU! - and NO that is NOT selfish!!!
