As a licensed therapist serving California via telehealth, I specialize in anxiety, relationships, and nutrition for mental health - an overall holistic therapy approach.
I believe my approach is different because I don't just focus on changing your thoughts.

Helping you understand and work through worry, rumination, and overthinking in a safe, supportive space. Through practical conversations and real life tools, we will focus on calming the mental chatter and building skills you can incorporate easily into your daily life, making healing feel approachable, empowering, and sustainable!
02 NUTRITION
Exploring how nutrition is directly linked with how we feel: our mood, our energy and our sleep. No diets or shame—just tiny tweaks to your relationship with food. Together we’ll build simple, nourishing routines. My Motto: Feel good, Look good, and you Be good!!
03Intrusive thoughts - OCD
Certified in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), an evidenced based practice, to apply to your intrusive thoughts, obsessions, and compulsions (OCD) so that you can see and feel the joy of life again! We will create a compassionate and customized toolkit, so that you can get back to doing the things you love!
04Relationships
As a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist for Couples (EFT), we work on how to truly listen, creating a feeling of being heard and validated. We’ll increase emotional wellness and intimacy, avoiding resentment, divorce, or feeling like roommates to generating a path forward, reigniting your spark!
